Overview

Cincinnati Asphalt is currently seeking striper crew members. We Stripe Parking Lots, Parking Garages, Roads, install Wheel Stops and Traffic Signs. We are looking for inexperienced or slightly experienced Parking Lot Striping Crew Members.  Our focus is to find employees who want to grow within our company to higher positions with more responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Load and unload 5-gallon buckets of paint and 50lb. bags of concrete to and from trailers.

Control traffic passing, in, and around work zones.

Assist with job site setup and cleanup.

Ability to learn how to complete a new layout, paint with a sprayer/ rider, install car stops, traffic signs, bumpers, curbs, and paint lines, arrows, and other symbols.

Assists crew leader in completing all jobs.

Moves and sets stencils in preparation for painting.

Communicate professionally with customers and team.

Maintain equipment including general maintenance on trucks, trailers and striping equipmen.t

Participate in personal and field safety protection activities.

Navigate to and from work sites.

Assist with layout and stripe parking lots.

Assist with wheel stops and signs installation.

Perform other work related duties as assigned.

Clean up job sites.

Learns to operates striping machine to paint lines and stencils.

Completes minor layout for new lots.

Troubleshoots the machine for better operation.

Will complete layouts and stripe new parking lots, re-stripe existing parking lots, sign installation, wheel stop installation.
